Error Loading Plugins

Hello, i found an error with RC7 where if i load a project, it says Plugins failed to load, i tried changing it to the directory of where my plugins are but it gave the same error.

Trace the error from project loading into LMMS's plugin discovery path; done means the project opens without the failure and plugins load from the configured directory.
