Min-max limit on Automation track

I think it'd be a nice addition to be able to set a min/max to display on the Automation Editor graph.

This'll save users a fair amount of time of scaling and scroll to the desired length and I think it'll be easy to implement.

Start by locating the Automation Editor graph implementation and its existing scaling or scrolling controls. Determine how users could set minimum and maximum displayed values, then verify that the graph respects those limits while editing automation.
