Description
Type: Enhancement
Many presets has very long *release*
F.i. the zasfx preset *002Vibraphone* in *Collections*, but there are many.
This long release can result in disharmony, if notes are played in fast succession.
In FLs they have a toggleable feature to prevent this:
*Cut-it-self*
The functionality is, that if a note of a preset is play*ing* that note will be silenced, if a *new* note *in that same preset*! is activated.
That way disharmonic notes, will not play at the same time.
I like this option for presets with murder-release and suggest lmms get a similar feature, in a future release

Research direction
No file, test, or entry point is named in the issue. Begin by locating preset note playback and release handling, then determine the scope of same-preset retriggering based on the described “Cut-it-self” behavior; done means a new note silences the prior note from that preset without affecting other presets.
