Description
**LMMS Version:** 1.2 RC4, Win64
**OS:** Win10
**Issue:**
The mixer window will lose focus when moving channels across channels that contain VST effects.
**Steps to Reproduce:**
1. Create 3 mixer channels
1. Add a VST plugin to channel 1
1. Move channel 3 over channel 2 using the right click menu or by using the Alt+Arrow Key shortcut
1. Window is still in focus
1. Move channel 3 over channel 1 using either method
The Mixer window is no longer in focus. It will lose focus any time step 5 occurs. This bug is extremely annoying and a time drain when trying to move channels across large mixers in larger projects that contain many VST effect plugins.

Research direction
Begin by reproducing the focus loss on Windows 10 with LMMS 1.2 RC4: create three mixer channels, add a VST effect to channel 1, and move channel 3 across it using both the right-click menu and Alt+Arrow. Trace the mixer channel-movement behavior and verify that the Mixer window remains focused in both cases.
