Note detuning editor window doesn't show whole note when zooming

When detuning a note using the dedicated window and zooming in horizontally to have precise control, the window doesn't show the whole range anymore and cuts it at a certain point depending on the level of zoom. Moving the view using the horizontal scrollbar is not fully possible.

Start in the dedicated detuning editor window and reproduce the issue by zooming horizontally while adjusting a note. Inspect how the zoom level affects the visible range and horizontal scrollbar. Done means the whole note range remains reachable at every zoom level.
