Description
I noticed something very similar to the issue mentioned here #3232.
Good place to test this is to open up your piano roll.
(Note that mouse scrolls for the Quantize / Note / Scale / Chord tools seem to work fine)
If you hover your mouse cursor over the zoom 100% or any of these style tools (Quantize / Note / Scale / Chord) within that toolbar. You can use your LEFT and RIGHT mouse buttons to go to the next or previous items on the list. This does not feel right either, to me LEFT mouse button should bring you to the top of the list and RIGHT mouse button should move you down towards the bottom of the list, but it does the opposite.
Example:
Zoom Tool (currently) Left Mouse Button = 200% and Right Mouse Button = 50%
Not a huge deal, but is this normal?

Research direction
Reproduce the behavior in the piano roll by hovering over the Zoom 100% and Quantize, Note, Scale, or Chord tools, then test the left and right mouse buttons. Trace the toolbar dropdown handling and consider the issue complete when left moves toward the top of the list and right moves toward the bottom for the affected tools.
