Description

to reproduce:
1. load a Monstro instance with default preset
2. set the volume of OSC2 and 3 to zero(we want to hear just OSC1's sound)
3. set PW to minimum possible value(mine is .25%)
4. hold the G key(you may try it on different octaves)

Research direction

Start by reproducing the issue in a Monstro instance with the default preset, OSC2 and OSC3 muted, minimum pulse width, and a held G note across octaves. Inspect the Monstro pulsewidth behavior and confirm the intended result with maintainers, since the report does not describe the observed symptom or expected outcome.
