User Story: As a administrator, I need to know exactly which customer is under which specific categories and subscription, so that all the corresponding information can be updated with each customer to better utilizing the features.

Acceptance criteria: The lookup table must associate each customer to its allowable abilities by ID numbers (customer ID and invoice ID).
