Description

It would be useful being able to do

<OutputColumn id="v" quantity="pop/0/hh/v" scale="1mV"

similarly to what's already done here:

<Line id="V" quantity="pop/0/hh/v" scale="1mV" color="#ffffff" timeScale="1ms"

Research direction

Start by locating the OutputFile and OutputColumn handling, then compare it with the existing Line handling for the scale attribute shown in the issue. Confirm how scale="1mV" is parsed and applied to output columns, and verify that an OutputColumn using the example configuration produces scaled values.
