Description
Currently, the dt (simulation time step) is used as the recording interval also. However, a user may want to record at a lower frequency rather than the integration time step. LEMS/jLEMS should support this through another variable.

Research direction
Start by tracing how jLEMS uses the dt simulation time step for recording, then identify the LEMS/jLEMS entry point where a separate recording interval could be configured. Done means users can set a recording frequency independently from the integration time step and recording follows that value.
