Description
I would like to ask if it would be somehow possible AND feasible to implement this paper into openassistant:
https://arxiv.org/pdf/2304.11062.pdf
Even it shows the examples for a BERT like model, it somehow should be possible to be adapted to a decoder prefered method (GPT like).

Research direction
Start by reading the linked arXiv paper and comparing its BERT-like examples with OpenAssistant's decoder-oriented approach. Determine whether a GPT-like adaptation is feasible and define a concrete implementation scope; the issue names no files, entry points, or tests.
