Description
Currently, The prompt gets lost when we type something in the chat form and switch to another chat and come back to the chat we were editing.
It would be a very good UX if we remember the prompt for individual chat.

Research direction
Reproduce the behavior shown in remember-prompt.webm by typing in the chat form, switching chats, and returning to the original chat. Trace the chat-switching and prompt state handling; done means each chat restores its previously entered prompt after switching away and back.
