Description
I think this can boost the competitiveness of smaller / new languages. Even though they have no chance of ever beating the larger ones in number of new messages, seeing the relative growth can help with engagement. I think new languages with only a few dedicated users working on them would benefit from this (i.e. seeing that they just increased the number of messages by 100+% percent, instead of just having negligable numbers next to their languages).
The growth can be calculated from as far as from the start of the week.
