Description
Hello,
I find the current UI for labeling prompts or replies quite confusing.
For example, when rating creativity I can choose between ordinary and creative and when rating politeness I can choos between rude or polite. This feels like I am rating a value between 0 and 1 when rating humor but a value between -1 and 1 when rating politeness. That why I think the UI needs a rework.

Research direction
The issue provides screenshots of the current labeling UI and a suggested redesign, but names no files, tests, or entry points. Start by locating the prompt and reply labeling screens; done should mean the rating choices clearly communicate their intended scale for creativity, politeness, humor, and similar labels.
