Description
I think this option, if implemented, will be useful for people who classify replies.
For example, if the reason for mass downvoting isn't initially clear for someone (for example, the reply has bad grammar, it's too toxic, or there's a small error that's easy to miss otherwise), they can look up user reports and classify the reply more thoroughly.
