Description

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Enhanced User Experience: Users don't need to manually scroll upwards, which can be tedious on very long pages.
Improved Navigation: Provides an easy and quick way to access the top menu or any other content located at the top.
Adaptive Design: Can be designed to appear only after the user has scrolled down a specific amount, ensuring that it doesn't interfere with the initial page view.

Research direction

The issue names no file, test, or entry point, so first locate the frontend page or component responsible for the long-scrolling content. Confirm the visibility threshold and navigation behavior with maintainers; the work is done when the button stays out of the initial view, appears after scrolling, and returns users to the top.
