Description

On the mobile view, we need to append an icon before the "Arts/Icons" menu option in the dashboard. This menu button when clicked will display the initial content of the menu that was hidden out for the mobile view. The Menu button when clicked should display the menu containing: file, edit, mode, view, help. and we should have a technique for closing the displayed items. And when we have a tablet screen or a desktop screen, We do not want to see the menu icon.
