Add a section that describes the services available for members aged 12-16. The section should include the following:
- [ ] Question: Aged 12-20?
- [ ] Show an illustration with `block-based code` on the left. The illustration must be animated.
- [ ] An explaination on the right: "Our toolkits are designed for you. Learn coding with fun".
