the stack's status webview page could not show resource nodes after switch tabs

### 1. Minimal reproduce step (Required)

- live diff and confirm apply, the stack's status webview page will show the resource nodes
- switch to another tab, for example switch the active editor to a KCL file
- switch back to the stack's status webview page

### 2. What did you expect to see? (Required)

the stack's status webview page displayed as normal

### 3. What did you see instead (Required)

after switch tabs, the resource nodes disappears from the stack's status webview page

### 4. What is your KusionStack components version? (Required)

Reproduce the issue by opening the stack status webview, applying a live diff, switching to a KCL editor tab, and returning to the webview. Inspect the tab-switch and webview refresh handling; done means the resource nodes remain visible after returning to the page.
