- change stack's configuration(for example, change replicas from 1 to 10)
- preview live diff
- confirm apply

on the stack's resources status webview, the deployment node is displayed as updating status, before all the 10 replicas are ready.

on the stack's resources status webview, all the resource nodes are displayed as reconciled immediately.
