It would be much convinient if the app will ask confirmation of removing entries or groups showing list of their names (or their count at least) to prevent acsident removing.

Start by locating the Android entry and group removal flows and their existing user-interface handling. Add confirmation before removal that identifies the entries or at least their count, and verify that accidental removals are prevented for both entries and groups.
