Add access time to entry and main view when selecting database

By default KeePass database supports these timestamps for entries

- Created
- Modified
- Accessed

In KeePassDX "Accessed" for the entries is missing. The same also for the main view in Select Database (File Management).

For entries it should be added by default.

In the main view for database selection an option should be added in the settings and the users can decide themselves if they want to show this timestamp.

Start by tracing how entry timestamps are displayed and how the main view in Select Database (File Management) presents database information. Then inspect the settings area for where an optional timestamp display could be configured. Done means access time is shown for entries by default and can be enabled or disabled for database selection.
