PRF Extension does not work with filekey.app

Steps to reproduce:
1. Visit https://filekey.app/ on desktop
2. Click the Create button
3. Scan the QR code and use KeePassDX as the passkey provider

I get the error: "This passkey doesn't support PRF, which FileKey needs. You can remove the new 'FileKey' passkey in your device's passkey settings"

### Describe what you expected to happen:

It works with Google Password Manager, though, so I suspect the error has something to do with the recently introduced PRF extension.

On desktop I have Google Chrome 53.0.8010.37 and macOS 26.6.2

Investigate the passkey handling related to the recently introduced PRF extension and compare it with Google Password Manager behavior. Done means the FileKey flow works with KeePassDX on the reported Android device and version.
