Description
### Checks
- [x] I have read the Wiki, searched the open issues, and still think this is a new bug.
### Explain the problem clearly and succinctly:
Since Last march 2026, it has come to my attention that several of my data inside my .kdbx suddenly disappeared. I first, noticed this when the final v4.0 was released, I have installed the beta version of 4.0 before that so I assumed that maybe the beta version is not stable.
Now, when I tried to open my standard notes account, i have failed as it is not there. The same when I tried to login to my ente, electricity bill account and Proton. It seems like random data inside the database is suddenly disappearing.
What could be the reason behind it? I have the recycle bin turned on since the very start, so when i delete something, I can just recover it. But in this case, there's no record both on the database list and recycle bin.
Luckily, I have backups so I managed to copy 4 of the lost data that I noticed (hopefully its the last ). Ironically, I have used my March backups to copy the lost credentials
### Describe what you expected to happen:
Retain data as is for the months and years to come unless intentionally deleted.

Research direction
Start by comparing the affected .kdbx database with the March backups, including the database list and recycle bin, while reproducing the report on KeePassDX V4+ Libre. Collect the missing database-version, content-URI, Android-version, and device details; done means establishing a reproducible cause for entries disappearing or identifying the evidence needed to continue investigation.
