Description

### Checks

- [x] I have read the Wiki, searched the open issues, and still think this is a new feature.

### Explain the problem clearly and succinctly:

Remove settings editing in database login page. Its a security risk at least for me, editing of features and settings should be done entirely when the database is opened. Not before opening. Or at least have the option to remove it in the login page.

### Describe the solution you'd like:

Database setting editing in the login page removed or at least let the user decide to remove or retain it.

### Describe alternatives you've considered:

### Additional context:

Research direction

Start by locating the database login page and the controls that allow settings editing before the database is opened. Trace how those controls are exposed and define whether the finished change should hide them by default or provide a user-selectable option to retain them.
