Description
Checks
- I have read the Wiki, searched the open issues, and still think this is a new feature.
Explain the problem clearly and succinctly:
KeePassDX does not have a huge amount of settings but I would find it much more comfortable if I could find settings by their name and description instead of having to remember or try each sub menu using my eyes. Structuring settings into sub menus can help but it can also do the opposite and I consider that mostly cosmetic. Searchable settings restore a little bit of the power and convenience of a terminal interface that a GUI takes away from the user.
Describe the solution you'd like:
Android settings are searchable. FairEmail, NewPipe and Musicolet have searchable settings. On the desktop most browsers have searchable settings.
Describe alternatives you've considered:
Obviously this would be the cherry on the pie of an already S-Tier app.

Research direction
The issue describes searchable Android settings but names no project files, tests, or entry points. Start by locating the settings screens and their descriptions, then determine the intended search behavior and scope. Done should mean users can find settings by name and description across the relevant menus.
