Select data during merge to select which option to choose

### Explain the problem clearly and succinctly:

I would like to suggest adding a function to merge data so that users can select which data to keep and which to exclude, along with the UUID and date/time information to aid in the selection process. Currently, it replaces the most recent data, which, from my testing, overwrites the existing data completely, causing irrelevant data to disappear and be replaced by the newer version.
