Add a setting to disable TapJacking prevention

**Describe the bug**

Touching the KeePassDX interface and buttons does not work when a screen filter app is enabled. Enabling screenshot mode still does not allow to use KeePassDX with screen filter.

Using screen overlay / filter is a must, because certain phones have screen ghosting (retention) issue without screen filter.

**Expected behavior**

Enabling screenshot mode should allow touch input with screen filter. A separate option would be better.

**Additional context**

The last good, working version of KeePassDX is 3.4.3.

The issue names no file or test; start by locating the TapJacking prevention and screenshot-mode handling in the Android app. Done means a separate setting lets screen-filter users interact with KeePassDX while retaining the existing protection by default; verify behavior on the reported Android 8/LG V20 scenario.
