Description
[VirusTotal](https://www.virustotal.com) 为非商业用途提供了免费服务，额度为每天 500 次与每分钟 4 次，以目前的数据量来看完全足够。
如果有短期的大量上传可能会超出每分钟 4 次的额度，因此可能需要服务端做一个队列进行限流，在后台异步进行。
