Description
Currently the pytest report header shows Kuadrant version only if specifically named CatalogSource is located in `openshift-marketplace` namespace. This feature further needs:
- Documentation, update README
- Use Kuadrant subscription object as source of truth as well was CatalogSource
- Maybe use helm deployment metadata to search for the image string if Kuadrant got deployed that way
- Make it work on Kind deployment quick-start
