Creating an MCPGatewayExtension automatically creates an HTTPRoute.

This can create an unwanted route and prevents users from choosing whether the route should be managed automatically or selecting an existing HTTPRoute for their setup.

PR #811 adds an HTTPRoute management option to the MCP setup wizard so users can disable automatic management and choose or create a route manually.
