Only entrypoint file is copied from ProjectTemplate

I tried to create a mod using this tool but only the entrypoint file got copied to the mod folder. Other important files also seems to be missing from the ProjectTemplate folder entirely, see: Issue #1

Inspect the ProjectTemplate folder and the code that generates the mod folder, starting with the entrypoint-copying behavior described in the issue. Reproduce the project creation flow and compare the generated folder with the expected ProjectTemplate contents. Done means all required template files are copied, not only the entrypoint file.
