Description

Hello, I've been looking in the GitHub repo/documentation, and I can't seem to find a place where I can change the spacing between the plot and the title of the plot. Is it possible to decrease the space?
I've added an image that might help clear up my question better.

Oh also, I'm using Python3 with Django.

Research direction

The issue names no file, test, or entry point. Start by reproducing the chart with Python 3 and Django, then trace how pygal positions the title relative to the plot; done means users can reduce that gap and the rendered chart shows the expected spacing.
