Description
I want to generate Pygal plots using the default latex font (Computer Modern). I'm following the instructions here (http://www.pygal.org/en/stable/documentation/custom_styles.html) to no avail. What am I supposed to type in the `font_family` property?
I am using Windows 10.
Thank you.

Research direction
Start with the custom styles documentation linked in the issue and reproduce the font_family configuration on Windows 10. Determine whether the instructions need a concrete Computer Modern value or a platform-specific clarification, then update the relevant documentation so users can follow the example successfully.
