Line counter mismatch

Hi,

thanks for the great tool!
I am new to Kotlin and just started to use ki.
I spotted that there is a small mismatch: line counting starts from 0, but line number mentioned in the error comment from 1.
I wonder if it is intended or a ui bug 🤔

Reproduce the line-number mismatch in the interactive shell using the scenario shown in the issue and compare the displayed counter with the line number in the error comment. Trace where each number is produced, then verify that the user-facing numbering is consistent and add or update a regression test if the project has one.
