Cannot create a new Document and in existing Document, tabs Spec, Collection and Tests are missing

### Expected Behavior

I get this error when I try to create a new Document:

Failed to deserialize key=/projects/prj_a146a0e6081048759ba13e35ae492d95/meta.json err=SyntaxError: Unexpected token '', ""... is not valid JSON

Also, if I open an existing one, I no longer see the tabs at the top: Spec, Collection and Tests..

Insomnia version is 11.0.2

### Actual Behavior

In Insomnia, with the Documents item on the left-hand side highlighted click the plus button to create a new Document. The message I report displays. Also note it is almost impossible to read the screen - it is black with barely visible text. I needed to highlight some text and copy it into Word so I could read it!

Start by reproducing the failure in Insomnia 11.0.2 on Windows 11 with Local only storage, then inspect the affected projects/.../meta.json file. Done means a new Document can be created, existing Documents show the Spec, Collection, and Tests tabs, and the interface text is readable.
