Insomnia is slow or unsable inside vpn without proper dns/connectivity

### Expected Behavior

When using Insomnia inside a VPN without outside connection insomnia shgould work as normal

### Actual Behavior

When using insomnia without outside connection the ui does not respond in timly maner

### Reproduction Steps

1. connect to vpn
2. start insomnia
3. try using it
4. then realise the ui does not respond

Reproduce Insomnia 10.3.0 on Manjaro Linux with Git sync enabled, connected to a VPN without outside connectivity, and observe when the UI stops responding. Trace the network or startup operation responsible for the delay; done means the UI remains responsive in this environment while normal Git sync behavior is preserved.
