Description

### Expected Behavior

When I open the app I've used daily for years, my projects should still be there, I shouldn't be forced to create an account, and when I do, my projects shouldn't have vanished.

### Actual Behavior

I opened Insomnia and was assaulted with a screen forcing me to give my personal information before I could access the app. Once I complied under duress, I found that my projects were missing. This is absolute disrespect of your users. I should add that I never ASKED for the app to be updated in the first place. The update was downloaded in the background and forced on me.

### Reproduction Steps

1. Be an unsuspecting Insomnia user

Research direction

Start by reproducing the update and first-launch flow in Insomnia 10 on macOS 14.6.1, then investigate how existing projects are located after account creation. Done means users can access their previous projects without an unexpected forced account flow or losing project data.
