Clicking settings on anything goes back to the welcome screen

It should open the settings for whatever I selected, be it folder, collection, or request.

It is NOT fixed, it is still doing it everywhere.

Reproduce the issue in the local scratchpad on Windows by opening the dropdown for a folder, collection, or request and selecting Settings. Trace the settings action from that UI entry point to determine why it returns to the welcome screen. Done means each supported item opens its corresponding settings view, with regression coverage if the existing test structure supports it.
