"Send all requests" option no longer available

### Expected Behavior

"Send all requests" option no longer available after migrating to latest version of Insomnia.

### Actual Behavior

Right-click a folder -> Send all requests option sends all saved API requests in a folder

Reproduce the issue in Insomnia 8.5.0 on macOS by right-clicking a folder and checking whether the “Send all requests” option is available. Compare the behavior with the last known working version, 2023.5.8, and consider the work complete when the folder action is restored and sends the saved requests in that folder.
