Description
### Expected Behavior
If you open an API call and click on the time/pin at the top right of the response portion of the UI you will get a drop-down that has "BASE ENVIRONMENT RESPONSES" as it's top title. Below that you will see sub titles "JUST NOW", "LESS THAN TWO HOURS AGO" and "OLDER THAN THIS WEEK". I expected the responses under "OLDER THAN THIS WEEK" to actually be older than this week. They are not.

### Actual Behavior
When I click on one of the items below "OLDER THAN THIS WEEK" I get responses that are only a few hours old.

### Reproduction Steps
1. Run a crap-ton of RST API tests
2. Click the time/pin at the top right of the response window
3. Go to the bottom of the list under "OLDER THAN THIS WEEK" and click the bottom item
4. Click on the "Timeline" tab to verify that it is not "OLDER THAN THIS WEEK".

Research direction
Start with the response history dropdown opened from the time/pin control and use the provided reproduction steps to inspect entries under “OLDER THAN THIS WEEK.” Compare each entry with its Timeline tab timestamp; the issue is done when responses are grouped under headings matching their actual age.
