feature 'Filter responses by environment' didn't work

### Expected Behavior

When I change my environment from one to another, responses should change at the same time

### Actual Behavior

When I change my environment from one to another, responses didn't change.

### Reproduction Steps

1.Create two environments. eg: environmentA and environmentB.
2.Select environmentA
3.Send a request
4.Select environmentB

You will see the responses didn't change.

### Additional Information

My system is windows and I use exe to install insomnia.

In Insomnia.Core-2023.5.6.exe this issue already exist.
Latest version Insomnia.Core-8.3.0.exe this issue still exist.

But I can confirm Insomnia.Core-2023.2.2.exe this feature is OK.

So I revert version to 2023.2.2 now.
