Even though there are new changes in project, Insomnia keeps saying "No changes to commit." when to commit/push

### Expected Behavior

All changes should reflect when user clicks on Commit button.

### Actual Behavior

I do some changes in my project by adding new tests/requests and want to commit/push.
Insomnia keeps saying "No changes to commit." when to commit/push.

### Reproduction Steps

1. Do some changes in your project.
2. Click on your active branch below on the tool`s page. The cube symbol should have been filled with orange color if there are some changes to commit. But it is not.
4. Click on commit.
5. "No changes to commit."

Reproduce the commit-flow problem in Insomnia 2023.5.8 on Windows 10 Enterprise by adding a test or request, selecting the active branch, and clicking Commit. Trace the behavior from the active-branch indicator through commit/push; done means new changes are detected and can be committed or pushed instead of showing “No changes to commit.”
