Description

### Expected Behavior

All the pinned APIs should list and allow to scroll through to view all of them on the upper section of the left side panel, just below the filter text box.

### Actual Behavior

Currenlty, I can view only one of the pinned APIs initially but when I enter a text or letter all the matching api requests are listed. Also, it'd be nice to allow to adjust/resize the pinned API section.

### Reproduction Steps

1. Open Insomnia
2. Pin more than one API.
3. The pinned API should show up as a separate list just below the filter text box.
5. Now the UI will show mulitple pinned APIs when you type a letter or text in the filter box.

Research direction

Start by locating the left side panel and the pinned API section described in the issue, then reproduce the behavior with more than one pinned API in Insomnia. Check how the filter box affects the pinned list and whether the section can be resized. Done means all pinned APIs are visible and scrollable below the filter box without requiring text input.
