### Expected Behavior
Click on TEST tab should open the TEST workspace
### Actual Behavior
After upgrading to 2022.7.0, when i click on TEST button with some projects nothing happen, with others the TEST workspace appears after serveral seconds.
### Reproduction Steps
On the main window simply click on TEST button.
