Environments gone after update to 2022.7.0

### Expected Behavior

After selecting an interface, it should be possible to select a different environment, from the one currently active.

### Actual Behavior

The environment dropdown says that there are no environments. Even the previously active environment has now disappeared.

### Reproduction Steps

1. Click on a collection
2. Click on a message
3. Click on the environment dropdown

Reproduce the problem in Insomnia 2022.7.0 on Windows by opening a collection, selecting a message, and opening the environment dropdown. No file or test is named; trace the environment-selection UI and compare it with 2022.6.0. Done means the dropdown lists available environments, including the previously active one, after selecting an interface.
