Keystrokes in Manage Envrionment enters text into address bar UNDERNEATH the dialog

### Expected Behavior

The cursor should be maintained in the Manage Environments window.

### Actual Behavior

Any keystroke will trigger the address bar to steal the cursor.

It's fairly annoying. Let me know if I can debug anything.

### Reproduction Steps

Note in the video, I am typing and the cursor just vanishes. Once the dialog is removed, you can see that it was typing in the address bar.

Reproduce this on macOS using Insomnia 2022.6.0 by selecting a request, opening Manage Environments, and typing while the dialog is visible. Investigate the focus behavior between the dialog and address bar; it is done when keystrokes remain in Manage Environments instead of appearing in the address bar.
