Description
### Expected Behavior
I'd not expect responses of 4 or even 9 gig's to be cached in my Library/Application support
### Actual Behavior

### Reproduction Steps
I have no clue how I got these massive responses in there, but some limits and/or warnings/notices would be greatly appreciated. I've also noticed that upon restarting these files DID clear out.
Thus this isn't a hard bug, but possibly something to take a look at

Research direction
Start by reproducing the response-cache growth on macOS with Insomnia 2021.7.2 and inspect where cached responses are stored under Library/Application Support. Determine the expected size limit or warning behavior, including what happens after restarting; the issue does not name files or tests, so the completion criteria need clarification before implementation.
