Changes in tags on Design view are not reflected on existing Requests in Debug view

### Expected Behavior

when changing the tag of the request in the design tab I expect the corresponding request in the debug tab to be moved to the new folder

### Actual Behavior

the request stays in the old folder and must be moved manually

Importing a new openapi document works exactly as expected: all requests get grouped in the correct folders
