Cannot paste color (hex) when changing color for environment

**Describe the bug**
Unable to paste color into input field for environment color

**To Reproduce**
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1. Go to 'Manage environments'
2. Click on 'Color' > `Change color`
3. Change format to `hexadecimal`
4. Paste any hex color code with optional `#` (`#ffffff`, `ffffff`)
5. The field remains empty or only `#` symbol is displayed. To enter a color one has to use color picker or type it manually which sucks.

**Expected behavior**
Copy Paste should work in any input field

**Desktop (please complete the following information):**
- OS: Windows 10
- Installation Method: Installer
- App Version 2021.4.1

Start by reproducing the issue through Manage environments, Color, and Change color using the hexadecimal format with both #ffffff and ffffff. Confirm that pasting a hex value populates the field and preserves the expected color while checking that manual entry and the color picker still work.
